Exterior cladding
Comprehensive one stop shop service for all your cladding needs. We can manage the entire process from supply chain, waste management, de cladding and re cladding, fire and structural certification and scaffold/ hoist/ mast climber supply and install.

All aspects of interior fitout solutions including comprehensive Project Management of plasterbooard partitions, ceiling systems, carpentry, aluminium partitions, plumbing, electrical and design consultation.

Sammy has been consulting and managing high spec specialised internal fit outs and external façade solutions for the past 25 years, working with architects and clients to achieve desired outcomes within budget and within program timelines. Communication and delegation is the key to a successful build.
Alchemy Project management has a strong relationship with major manufacturing facilities internationally and has sourced/ developed and imported hundreds of containers of materials from stone through to glazing and joinery for multiple developers and builders. In 2019 we identified the issues that affected the combustible external facade systems installed on multiple buildings and put together an experienced team ofcompanies from specific sectors of the industry to ensure that we can provide clients requiring re cladding to their buildings in a time efficient manner..

We handle Surveying, Shop drawings, Supply chain, Scaffold access, Traffic control, waste management for the removal re install of compliant cladding all from within our group. We can also coordinate directly with Council on your behalf for Compliance purposes. We provide structural and fire certification for all our cladding work.
Even though our history is predominantly in the interior fit out sector, Rest assured that our external façade works capabilities are of a superior level, we only use the most qualified external façade installers and we manage that entire process for you. Alchemy Project Management’s focus is to minimise the amount of contact points required to achieve all your goal.
